On August 9th, from 10 AM to 5 PM, the Heartfulness Meditation Center at 2230 East Parham Road will transform into a hub of health and happiness. This homegrown event showcases the best of RVA's wellness community:

Bring your friends, bring your family — and most importantly, bring yourself to a joyful community celebration filled with movement, music, mindfulness, and magic!
This one-of-a-kind indoor & outdoor wellness festival offers a full day of uplifting sessions to relax your mind, move your body, and awaken your spirit.
🌸 Indoors, dive into calming and inspiring experiences like meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, emotional wellness, and healing sounds.
🌞 Outdoors, get your energy flowing with yoga, laughter, Japanese drumming, Tai Chi, BollyX, and more — all in the open air, surrounded by smiles and sunshine.
There’ll be interactive booths, delicious food trucks, and a whole lot of good vibes to explore.
Whether you're looking to try something new, unwind with friends, or just soak in a fun, peaceful atmosphere, this event has something for everyone.
