Easter Egg Hunt on The Lawn and Art for Kids Event
Join us on March 31st at 1 p.m. for our annual Easter Egg Hunt on The Lawn and Art for Kids Event. Kids and their families are welcome to continue the tradition of hunting Easter Eggs on our front lawn! Our 3rd-floor art studio will be set up with fun stations and kids and their families to create art after the hunt. Please arrive by 12:45 p.m., as the hunt begins promptly at 1 p.m. Bring your Easter baskets and get ready to hunt!
The local Scout Troop 847 hides the eggs (including special prize eggs) and the Storey County Fire Protection District kicks off the hunt with a festive honking from a fire truck. The Easter Bunny has been known to visit the kids too!
The Easter Egg Hunt kicks off our 2024 season and opens our doors for families to wander the halls and see the art galleries, enjoy the library, theatre, and more.
