Celebrate the Summer Solstice with Sol Yoga Studio! The Summer Solstice is the day of the year with the longest period of daylight. It is a doorway into the second half of the year, energizing the paths that lead within.
Kids Class - Ages 3-12

Registration starts at 4.
Please be prompt. Parents can practice too!
Class starts at 4:30.
Adult/Teen Class - Ages 13 & Up
5:30 - 7:15 pm
Registration starts at 5:30.
Please be prompt.
Class starts at 6:00.
LIVE music! Bring your own mat, water and a towel!
