Get ready for an unforgettable experience this December as Laser Shows at the Planetarium returns by popular demand! From December 1 through December 29, 2024, the Fleischmann Planetarium at the University of Nevada, Reno, will host a series of exciting musical laser shows that blend modern technology with classic music. These immersive shows feature laser visuals synchronized to the biggest hits from legendary artists and movie soundtracks. Each show offers a unique, high-energy experience that will captivate audiences of all ages. Laser Taylor Swift brings the pop star’s chart-topping hits to life with vibrant laser choreography, while Laser Journey takes fans on a nostalgic ride through the band's rock anthems, including the iconic "Don’t Stop Believin’." Laser Beatles offers a visually stunning tribute to the Fab Four, bringing their revolutionary music to the dome with creative laser artistry. Laser Queen amps up the energy with dazzling visuals paired with Queen’s legendary hits, while Laser Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon immerses audiences in a 30th Anniversary tribute to the classic album, blending intricate visuals with the album’s iconic soundtrack. For the holiday season, Laser Holiday Magic creates a festive atmosphere under the stars, combining favorite holiday tunes with mesmerizing laser visuals to celebrate the season in style. The event takes place on Sundays, Fridays, Saturdays, and select Thursdays, with two showings per day. All performances are hosted at Fleischmann Planetarium and Science Center, 1664 N. Virginia Street, Reno, NV.
