Valentine’s Day Dinner @ Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club
Treat your special someone to an enchanting Valentine’s Day evening of romance and fine dining at the newly renovated, award winning Fairview Dining Room, located in the AAA Four Diamond Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club.
Area Executive Chef Troy Stauffer and his culinary team have created a captivating menu that celebrates love with every bite. The evening begins with a delicate champagne gelée with fois gras amuse-bouche followed by starters including duck rillette and salmon carpaccio. For the main course, guests will choose from a tempting selection of entrées, including diver scallops, filet mignon, and stuffed eggplant, each offering a symphony of flavors.
The dazzling culinary journey will conclude with a decadent sweet treat, offering a strawberry mousse bombe, chocolate crème caramel and more. All guests will receive a beautiful rose before they depart.
