Restaurants will serve 2-3 tastes of their delicious fare and participants will vote on a People’s Choice award for their favorite restaurant. In addition, culinary judges from Johnston Community College and Wake Tech will determine awards for Most Original, Best Dessert, Best Use of Local Ingredients and Best Presentation. The event will be held at the Farm at 42, Hwy 42 East, Clayton. Doors open at 6:00pm. Food will be served from 6:00pm – 8:00pm with awards presented at 8:15pm. There will be a DJ, dancing, 50/50 Raffle and a Silent Auction that includes 4 nights at a beach cottage in Ocean Isle,...
