NBQA Spring Quilt Fest

Save the date! The Narragansett Bay Quilters Association 200 members will present their semi-annual quilt show “SPRING QUILT FEST” on Saturday and Sunday April 27 and 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The show will be held at the West Warwick Civic Center, 100 Factory Street (off New London Ave) West Warwick, RI.
Quilts galore of all sizes and types and many other quilted items for wearing or home decorating will be on display. A special exhibit about famous quilter Barbara Barber, Westerly will be featured. The education committee will demonstrate many techniques, new and old; as well as free kits for attendees. There’s something for experienced quilters to beginners, interested parties. teens and children alike.
A wide variety of local and New England vendors with new ideas, fabrics, patterns, gadgets for easier sewing, machines of all types, displays of magazines, gifts and quilting items will be available.
A silent auction with items made by NBQA members will benefit The New England Quilt Museum. Specialty Gift baskets of all types and our famous raffle quilt will be available.
Entrance fee is $10.00. Children under 12 free with adults. Plenty of free parking and handicapped accessible. Refreshments are available. For further information contact www.nbqa.org.
