Station Tastings Featuring Chef Maria of Dolores
Next in our Station Tasting with Stock and POPUP RHODY series: fan favorite Chef Maria of Dolores will be demonstrating how to make Tlacoyos—a traditional Mexican dish made with nixtamalized masa, filled and griddled to perfection. She’ll walk you through the process of working with fresh masa and crafting this deeply flavorful, handmade street food staple. And yes, there will be samples to enjoy! Pair your tasting with a cold Modelo from the bar for the perfect combo. As always, guests will receive a recipe card to take home—collect all seven and earn a Track 15 gift card. Our friends from Stock Culinary Goods will be on site with tools and ingredients to help bring this beautiful dish to life in your own kitchen.
