In this workshop Kayla will discuss communication skills, red flags, boundaries, manipulation tactics abusers use, how to advocate for yourself, and how to help others who might be in an unhealthy relationship. Kayla graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology.
