The film shares the stories of a wide range of professionals speaking candidly about living and working with an ADHD diagnosis, and examines the myths and preconceptions that surround it.
ADHD is one of the most commonly-diagnosed neurological conditions, making neurodiversity a dynamic in every school, workplace, and community. Attendees will learn how to be more open to all of the brilliant ways that the human brain operates, and to advocate for neurodivergence in the school community and beyond.
Following the screening, Andrea Del Sesto, a Gordon learning specialist for second to fourth grade and a learning support coordinator, and Annie White, Gordon’s middle school learning specialist and a learning support coordinator, will facilitate a debrief and discussion for attendees.
This event is free and open to the public. RSVP at www.gordonschool.org/disruptors.
