Step into the magic of the Winter Solstice, the sacred turning of the Wheel, where the darkest night gives birth to the returning light.

The Sacred Dark: A Winter Solstice Practice is a mystical evening of slow movement, deep rest, and ancient storytelling. An immersive ritual weaving Celtic mythology with restorative yoga, guided meditation, and Reiki energy healing.
We’ll open with stories of the Cailleach, the ancient Winter Goddess. As you flow in supportive poses, you’ll receive gentle breath guidance, intuitive Reiki energy, and mythic imagery designed to help you soften, release, and reconnect with your inner light. The evening closes with another tale during savasana, reiki energy, and a closing circle to welcome the returning sun.
