Kids of all ages are invited to downtown New Bedford for AHA! Night: KIDS RULE! on Thursday, July 11th. From scavenger hunts to lawn games, plus a mashup of puzzles and musical chairs, we have an evening of free, family-friendly adventures in store for you! July's AHA! Night is sponsored by Vineyard Wind.
- Experience the Big Nazo Puppets as they roam downtown!
- Try your hand at Puzzical Chairs & Pops! Part puzzling, part outdoor musical chairs, when the music stops, you switch puzzles and partners! Plus, the first 100 people get free frozen Sorbae pops.
- Create a robot with recyclable materials.
- Make your own wind turbine with DATMA and Vineyard Wind.
- Enjoy a retro toy exhibit with a fashion painting workshop led by Legendary Broadway (bring your own denim!).
- Listen to live music throughout downtown, including R&B hits, jazz jams, 5 Pillars of Hip Hop, and from members of the New Bedford Symphony.
- Stop by museums, galleries, and shops open late.
- Plus, art exhibits, photo booth, touch-a-firetruck, face painting, crafts, and more being added to our schedule every day.

AHA! Night Tips:
Free Parking: Don’t worry about finding a place to park. During AHA! Night there is free parking at the Elm Street Garage, located at 51 Elm Street, New Bedford.
Follow the Flags: Many participating locations will have a yellow AHA! flag prominently displayed to help you find AHA! Night activities.
