NaNoWriMo Kickoff
In support of local writers taking the National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) challenge, LitArts RI is hosting a kickoff event for writers to meet fellow participants and prepare for the month ahead. Kate Lane, facilitator of the SciFi/Fantasy Writing Group at LitArts RI, will offer a presentation around NaNoWriMo prep and productive self-care practices, followed by a chance to mingle with fellow writers over drinks to share projects and goals. Local astrologer & tarot reader Cartier de Tracy will be on hand to offer tarot-inspired writing prompts as inspiration for the month ahead.
