Adult Hoop Basics and Play
The play shop is designed to introduce participants to the practice of hoop dancing (modern day hula hooping). Judi will cover basic on-body hooping and off-body skills. In addition, participants are introduced to hooping warm-ups, on- and off-body hooping, transitions, free flow movement and tricks.
Custom made hoops are provided for use or you may bring your own. Wear clothes made from natural fibers (cotton, silk, linen, hemp and such). Bring water.

Instructor: Judi Jones aka ENERGIZER
Judi teaches all levels of hooping from beginner to advanced with 17 years’ experience. She provides classes/play shops for preschool-age up to adults. Judi is a professional Hoop Dance Teacher, Performer and Entertainer. She teaches and performs for libraries, daycares, nursing homes, community events, private parties, schools, campgrounds and fairs.
Judi actively attends workshops/trainings to enhance her skills and to provide new material for her students and performances.
