GOODWIN Live at FETE with Maddy Wood
Concord based Goodwin is hosting their first show in Rhode Island with special guest Maddy Wood LIVE at Fete Music Hall Providence on Saturday, December 21st at 8PM (doors open at 7PM).
Following the success of their sophomore album, The Monarch and the Milkweed, Goodwin has unveiled their latest release, the EP Straddling the Stone Wall. This new EP revisits and reimagines three songs that hold even greater relevance today than when they first appeared on the band’s debut album, The Hunt. Streaming now on Spotify.
Hailing from Providence, RI, Maddy Wood is a sonic storyteller: captivating audiences with her soulful performances and introspective lyrics. Drawing inspiration from her surroundings and personal experiences, she delves deep into themes of love, loss, and self-discovery. Influenced by iconic figures such as Phoebe Bridgers, Jeff Buckley and Taylor Swift, Maddy infuses her music with a blend of heartfelt sincerity and nostalgic acoustic soundscapes.
