You’ll be Feeling Groovy when On Bleecker Street takes the stage with harmonies that shimmer like a Bridge Over Troubled Water. Bring Mrs. Robinson, find Cecelia, or meet up with Emily, because this show has A Groovy Thing Going around a Hazy Shade of Winter.
Fronted by Fred Krug and Brian Crane and backed by a stellar live band, their setlist spans fan favorites and greatest hits. Krug and Crane met decades ago at The Taft School and reconnected in 2014, their friendship evolving into a tribute that celebrates the art of harmony. Krug, an Eastman School of Music graduate, has performed at venues like CBGBs, The Knitting Factory, and Mohegan Sun, and teaches guitar and classical theory across Connecticut schools. Crane, an attorney by day, brings a lifelong passion for Garfunkel’s intricate vocal shaping to the stage.
