Harmony Flow Fusion Class
At Common Fence Point Community Center with Interfaith Reverend Shelley Dungan in person and via Zoom. A fusion of Qigong, Tai Chi, and Yin Yoga to harmonize body, mind, and heart—cultivating vitality, balance, flexibility, and relaxation.
Mondays 4:00-5:15 PM
This gentle practice weaves together three powerful traditions:
Qigong – to awaken, cleanse, and enhance life force energy (Qi) while developing functional mobility.
Tai Chi Easy Form – to circulate and refine Qi through slow, flowing, meditative movements.
Yin Yoga – to deepen mindful awareness, stretch the whole body, and rest in restorative stillness.
Together, they create a practice of calm strength, inner and outer balance, and mindful ease. You’ll leave class feeling centered, open, and at peace.
Details:
Suitable for ages 12+ who can get up and down from the floor without assistance.
The first half of class is standing (or seated in a chair); the second half is floor-based.
Please bring: a yoga mat and a thick blanket.
Drop in with cash or register on Eventbrite to use a credit card. Sliding scale $15-$20.
