Do you crave a quiet space to slow down and release whatever has accumulated lately that is weighing you down?

and in need of a reset?
Do you need the gift of time and gentle guidance to soften the tension
in your body, mind, and heart?
Do you need to breathe deeply, stretch slowly, relax completely
and enjoy conscious REST?
Do you need to reestablish the connection with your "sacred center",
that place of inner peace"?
If so, we are glad to welcome you into our 90 minutes of bliss this Friday evening beginning at 6:00 PM at the spacious Common Fence Point Community Hall.
We encourage folks to register on Eventbrite (please scroll down for the link) but the hall is large enough that we can accommodate drop ins. Everyone is asked to bring a yoga mat, cozy blanket and pillow. The class is offered for a suggested donation of $20-$25 yet all are welcome to attend for the donation amount that is affordable for you.
