Barbara Healy is a contemporary, award-winning artist working in oils and acrylics. Barbara’s paintings capture a moment or memory of wonder, joy, and beauty, something special that caught her eye. She is inspired by the diverse colors of light, atmosphere, and nature. Brushstrokes over glimpses of color intentionally reveal some of her painting process. Robin Nunes is an award-winning fine artist whose approach to painting is personal and playful. Working primarily in oils, she uses a palette knife to add an abundance of texture, as well as whimsical touches. Robin’s work ... Robin Nunes is an award-winning fine artist whose approach to painting is personal and playful. Working primarily in oils, she uses a palette knife to add an abundance of texture, as well as whimsical touches. Robin’s work ranges from seascapes and landscapes painted en plein air to busy cityscapes, cuisine, and even chickens. Come, meet the artists at the Gallery opening reception on Friday, November 8, from 5 to 7 pm. (Use the side entrance on Diman Place.) The exhibit is on display from November 6 to December 1.
