AHA! Night: Tunes, Treats and Creative Streets
Get groovy and creative during AHA! Night: Tunes, Treats, & Creative Streets on Thursday, October 9th!
Monster Moves: A Costume Dance Party in the Streets! Pull out a costume from Halloweens gone by and hit the streets! For this month's AHA! Moment, New Moon Dance Party is turning Carter’s parking lot into a downtown dance floor under the October sky! DJs Andy Anello and Interfluve will be spinning from 6–9:00 pm. There will also be prizes, a costume swap, and costume donations. The AHA! welcome desk will be there with programs for the entire night and will be joined by sponsor, Tufts Health Plan/Point32Health, who will provide treats and a Halloween-themed rock painting activity. Round the Bend Farm will also have its food truck.
Additional Activities
In addition to free admission, the Whaling Museum will have a scavenger hunt, limbo contest, and giant kite workshop!
Get crafty with fall and Halloween-themed crafts at the library, Pilgrim United Church Home, Nativity Prep, and more!
Plus, check out the Jack-o-Lanterns on display at the The Rotch-Jones-Duff House & Garden Museum. Inside the mansion, kids can participate in a scavenger hunt, and all can enjoy a performance by Cool Banana Wig.
