Charcuterie Skills Workshop
Genie will demonstrate some of her special techniques and assist you in assembling a small board of your own to take home. Whether it’s charcuterie, cheese boards, or grazing tables, once you know how to pair foods and use knife and design skills, you’re on your way to creating delicious works of art of any size for any occasion.
Materials are provided.
We will be using a variety of foods; please advise of any allergies.
Registration is required.
Each class is limited to 8 people.
