2023 Providence 48 Hour Film Project
The 48 Hour Film Festival (Providence) announces its return for the 2023 season. The competition will be held the weekend of June 23-25, 2023, when teams compete to make a film from start to finish - finding out their genre on the competition weekend. The weekend will culminate in a viewing of all entered films, with prizes given for submission - as well as the opportunity for select films to win the grand prize and an opportunity to screen at the Cannes Film Festival 2024 Short Film Corner. Film screenings and the award ceremony will take place at The Avon Cinema in Providence, with registration for this year’s festival opening on March 22.
