Journey to the Heart New Year’s Day Retreat with Rev Shelley Dungan
You are invited to come, rest into your sacred center and journey with us into the heart-space where peace, wisdom and love abound.
This gathering will include heart-opening practices such as gentle yoga, poetry reading, sacred song singing, peaceful meditations, deep relaxation, time for personal reflection and a time of guided conversation to explore what is calling to each of us as we move into 2024.
This half day retreat is available to all adults, regardless of experience or ability to pay. The suggested donation is as sliding scale of $60-$100 through The Sacred Center Eventbrite page. We have established a “guest fund” to cover the cost for those who need the financial support.
