NCW Wrestling presents Don't Stop Believin'
DEDHAM- On Friday night March 24th Northeast Championship Wrestling’s 2023 Season Kickoff continues when NCW returns to the Jacob Jones VFW Post (84 Eastern Avenue) in Dedham, Massachusetts for NCW DON’T STOP BELIEVIN’!
Doors open at 7pm with a 7:30pm wrestling start time. Early Bird general admission tickets are only $12 each with general admission tickets $15 at the door. Reserved VIP tickets are also available for only $20 each which includes reserved ‘pick your own’ seating, event poster, and food voucher good towards either a Walking Taco or two slices of pizza! The two-time NCW New England Champion “RIOT” KELLAN THOMAS returns to Dedham March 24th looking to defend the New England Title against one of his greatest opponents when “RIOT” goes one on one with the former New England Champion “THE MASSHOLE” MIKE MCCARTHY at DON’T STOP BELIEVIN’! Two veterans of NCW, “RIOT” and “The Masshole” have had classic matches over the years including NCW’s 2018 Match of the Year. Thomas and McCarthy had a brief moment of acknowledgment at the NCW BRISTOL HOMECOMING when McCarthy prevented interference from THE LEAGUE OF EXCELLENCE during Thomas’ New England Title defense against ZPB, with both men understanding the stakes heading into NCW’s return to Dedham.
The reigning NCW Heavyweight Champion ROBBIE “THE GIANT” ARAUJO has been on the hot streak of his career since sending “THE VICTORIOUS” BRG packing from NCW in the Loser Leaves Town Bristol Street Fight last November, going on to win the Ox Baker Season Cup at WRESTLEFEST XVII and cash in the Cup during the closing moments of NCW’s 2022 finale defeating DARLEY DESAMOT to win the NCW Championship. After a successful title defense against BMT at the BRISTOL HOMECOMING “The Giant” returns to Dedham March 24th going up against the man he eliminated from the Ox Baker Cup at WRESTLEFEST in “THE MARINER” DYLAN NIX. Though DALLAS MCCARTHY’s League of Excellence favor has fallen since WRESTLEFEST Nix has promised Dallas he will regain the glory of The League when he defeats Araujo and takes the NCW Heavyweight Championship for himself.
The NCW Tag Team Champions DA’ HOODZ w/ KEVIN CASTRO defend their Tag Team Titles at DON’T STOP BELIEVIN’ against the #1 Contenders THE DIRT CITY MURDER CRUE (“THE ACE” MIKE MONTERO & JASON DEVINE) while NCW Women’s Champion ELLE VALENTINE declines her Championship Challenge against LITTLE MEAN KATHLEEN and instead defends her Women’s Title against “THE SPITFIRE” JESSIE NOLAN March 24th in Dedham!
