Join herbalist + meditation guide Amelia Andrade for a guided plant spirit meditation with Elderflower! This beautiful practice will offer a deep state of relaxation as we awaken the senses and connect with this beautiful plant ally. Following the meditation we will have a chance to journal and share about our experience as well as discuss the medicinal properties of this sacred plant. Elderflower tea will be served made with locally foraged blooms.
