Offered in conjunction with the play Red presented by Your Theater, UMass Dartmouth Professor Anna Dempsey presents an overview of the life and career of American artist Mark Rothko. About the lecturer, Anna Dempsey : Anna Dempsey received her PhD in Art History from Columbia University with a dissertation on Walter Benjamin, Erwin Panofsky and German culture of the twentieth century.
