Tree Groundbreaking Ceremony & Planting Day
Join us on Saturday, May 17th at 11 AM at Dias Field in New Bedford for a special day of community, connection, and tree planting! The day will start off with a brief groundbreaking ceremony to commemorate and celebrate a collaborative effort to increase tree canopy in New Bedford's North End. After that, attendees will be given a brief tree planting training and can pitch in by helping to plant in the park!
🌱 We'll be planting trees, celebrating our community and its green spaces, and working together to grow a greener, cooler future for the North End.
