Sparring Tactics for Muay Thai & Sanda w / Coach Jeff Burger.
(This is NOT point tournament sparring)
This is a safe, fun, learning environment, not a full-contact tournament.
You will get plenty of defensive & offensive techniques.
Moreover, you will get a better understanding of how to spar and how to analyze sparring to build specific skills for full contact or self-defense.
If you have it, bring shin pads & gloves. If not, there will be equipment available for use.
You do not "have to spar" during this event.
$60 per person.
