This season not only marks major anniversaries for ORS and ORS Youth Choir, but the 40th year of teaching for TIM SIESS, Union High School orchestra director and long-time member of Oregon Repertory Singers. Choir and orchestra will combine for movements of VIVALDI’s famous GLORIA, as well as music by OLA GJEILO, RANDALL THOMPSON, and a new orchestration of WRITTEN FOR YOU by ORS accompanist NAOMI LAVIOLETTE, also celebrating a milestone—20 years with ORS!
