Pride Lake Oswego
Join us for Lake Oswego's first-ever Pride Festival on June 2, 2024, from 12-4 PM at Millennium Plaza Park!
The vibrant celebration will showcase love, diversity, and self-expression for the LGBTQ2IA+ community and allies. The event features four hours of on-stage programming, including:
🎤 Iconic drag queen Poison Waters as the event MC, a captivating personality with over three decades of entertaining audiences across the Pacific Northwest
🎛️ DJ Kimere, a self-taught DJ, producer and performer known for their electrifying beats and energetic performances
🥁 Lake Oswego native and multi-disciplinary artist Snubby J, renowned for his highly-energetic performances playing the RimbaTubes, a homemade pipe instrument, and his collaborations with the Blue Man Group
🎶 Portland Gay Men's Chorus, one of the nation's oldest gay-identified choruses aspiring to expand and redefine choral art through eclectic performances honoring the LGBTQ2IA+ community
🎙️Portland Lesbian Choir, an all-inclusive choir whose mission is to elevate LGBTQ2IA+ voices, emphasize equity and encourage collaboration, growth and service
💃🏻👯 A jaw-dropping drag show by Poison Waters and Friends.
Pride LO will also feature inspiring speeches from Mayor Joe Buck and LO for LOve representatives. The programming concludes with a Progress flag raising at City Hall from 4:30-5:30 p.m. to honor the LGBTQ2IA+ community's achievements and contributions. Hosted by the City, the flag raising includes a Pride Month proclamation reading. 🏳️🌈
In addition to entertainment, Pride LO will feature over 40 booths with local businesses offering merchandise, food, beverages and local services, and local non-profit organizations.
