Dogstar with Special Guests Sons of Silver playing September 8 at McMenamins Grand Lodge
From raucous rockers with guitar-fueled firepower to delicate heartfelt thought-provoking tunes, Sons of Silver’s talent for crafting infectious rock anthems is catching some attention. The band will be adding to their rock n’ roll resume as they embark on a late summer/early autumn tour with Dogstar.

As they gear up for the fall release of their debut full-length album Runaway Emotions, the band will be releasing a new track, “Running Out Of Words,” on August 16, the follow-up to their recently released songs “Giving It Back,” "Just Getting Started," and “Tell Me This.” "If you are looking for some foot-on-the-monitor, heads down, no-nonsense rock and roll, then Sons of Silver should be your general direction of travel." – The Big Takeover

Runaway Emotions will be released through their own 4L Entertainment and distributed by Universal Music Group’s Bungalo label. The album follows their EPs Doomsday Noises in 2020 and Ordinary Sex Appeal in 2022. Sons of Silver have achieved three spots on the Billboard Active Rock Chart, and their songs have collectively accumulated over fifteen million views and streams. The album was self-produced by the band and mixed by renowned producer/engineer Tim Palmer, known for his work with Robert Plant, David Bowie, and U2. Palmer shares about working with the band, “Their music is fueled with both power and raw emotion, with genuinely profound lyrics. Their album is a treasure trove of well-crafted, memorable songs, and I really enjoyed collaborating with them.”
Look for them to kick off 2025 on tour with Myles Kennedy and Tim Montana commencing on January 17 in Joliet, IL.
