Mindfulness Class Virtual
Join us for a mindfulness virtual class! Leslie Louderback, UpRiver Village Event Coordinator, and Taylor Seymore, UpRiver Village Secretary, will be teaching the class. Taylor has been teaching mindfulness for eight years with a range of age groups from teens to older adults.
