Join us for a Mindfulness virtual class at 11:00. Intro to Mindfulness will include: What is mindfulness? Why practice mindfulness? What does mindfulness look like? Activity-Grounding (5 senses) Body scan/gratitude. Taylor Seymore and Leslie Louderback will be teaching the class.
UpRiver Village Secretary, Taylor Seymore, has been teaching Mindfulness classes for eight years with a range of age groups from teens to older adults. Taylor enjoys the creativity and balance she has seen mindfulness practice create in herself and others.
