Inspired by a move from his longtime home in New Orleans to the Pacific Northwest, Duhon crafted Emerald Blue, an album shaped by landscapes, shifting perspectives, and the ‘emerald blue’ of his partner’s eyes. Each track on this eleven-song collection captures Duhon’s reflections on the familiar and the unfamiliar, exploring life’s nuances with poetic depth.
Recorded at Dockside Studios in Louisiana with GRAMMY-winning engineer Trina Shoemaker, Emerald Blue is a testament to Duhon’s keen eye for detail, authenticity, and storytelling.
