Fun in the Sun - Candle Making & Iris Folding Class
Nancy will start the evening by teaching you the proper techniques to melt soy wax, add scent to it, and pour it into your selected teacup and travel tin.
While the wax is solidifying, we shift into the second portion of the evening. Cathy will share how to do a form of paper art called iris folding. With Cathy's help everyone will create a fun framed piece of artwork using this technique.
Then when the wax is ready you will be able to decorate your candles using pressed flowers and other objects.
Price: $55- per person
You will create: 1 teacup soy wax candle; 1 soy wax travel tin candle; and 1 framed piece of iris folded art.
