Entertainment highlights: • Love Story - A Tribute to Taylor Swift (6:30 pm Fri., Feb. 14) • Country music artist Phil Vassar (6 pm Sat., Feb. 15; $35-$100) • Pirate Flag Band - Kenny Chesney Tribute (6:45 pm Fri., Feb. 21) Fair admission is $10 (free for kids 5 & younger).
