Sunset Soiree
Trustbridge Hospice Foundation, formerly Hospice of Palm Beach County and Hospice by the Sea, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports patients and their loved ones throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties during their greatest time of need. Last year alone, serving over 12,000 patients.
The Foundation ensures that all patients and their families, regardless of their ability to financially afford, have access to the highest level of hospice or palliative services so they can live with comfort and dignity.
Through the generosity of our community the Foundation can provide the highest level of medical, emotional, and spiritual comfort to patients who are confronting advanced illness and end of life. Essential programs include charitable care, music therapy, pet therapy, physician fellowships, grief counseling and bereavement camps for children, as well as Veteran’s honor programs.
