This is a party to be and feel free at, to dress your dreams - dress for fun, dress silly - or wear your favorite Halloween costume - whatever you feel! - Bathing suits OK! Medieval / Ren Fair outfits - sure! TROPICAL FOOD AND DRINK, LIVE ART, LIVE MUSIC. An evening to feel the joy of living, of people and artistic expression - and fun! Cool vendors and delights. Optional pedestrian parade with all who are in costumes and theme dress, down Ave. A to the Marina and back at 6:30/ 6:45 PM. Thank you for sharing the event and inviting others.
