Foster Love Project is excited for our upcoming fundraising event, Lanes of Love, dedicated to supporting children impacted by foster care. This fun-filled bowling extravaganza aims to raise critical funds and awareness for the unique challenges faced by foster children.
The event will be held at the family-friendly Zone 28 in Harmarville and is open to all ages and skill levels. Participants can register as an Individual or as a Team.This will be a fun evening of bowling, a silent auction, music, food and fun.
The foster care system can be a daunting and unsettling experience for children, who are often thrust into unfamiliar environments without the comfort of family or stability. The transition can be overwhelming, leaving many children grappling with hurt, trauma, stress, and anxiety. For these vulnerable individuals, support and encouragement are essential in navigating these difficult times.
Foster Love Project’s mission is to provide vital support, goods and services to these children, offering them a sense of belonging, security, and hope during their time in foster care. By participating in this event, supporters can make a tangible difference in the lives of foster children, helping to alleviate their fears and uncertainties.
The fundraiser will feature:
