Spirituality offers us a sense of purpose and connection beyond the material world, fostering inner peace and resilience. In an era dominated by technology and constant connectivity, spirituality can be our anchor. This presence that is promoting mental well-being and a deeper understanding of one's place in the universe. We invite you to come and share in this simple meal and heartfelt conversation. Food for the Soul is designed to give the participants an opportunity to share in a simple meal of soup and bread (served vegan and gluten-free) as well as personal experiences and stories about spiritual growth and transformation.
