André Costello “Rocky Mountain Low” Album Release with special guest: Animal Scream
André Costello is a Pittsburgh-based singer-songwriter and guitarist whose work blends indie rock, folk, and experimental sounds. Formerly frontman of André Costello and the Cool Minors and Forestry Division, he now splits his time between solo work and his experimental collective Tomorrow Club. His immersive performances and emotionally resonant songwriting have made him a mainstay in Pennsylvania’s independent music scene. His solo LP, Rocky Mountain Low, debuts nationwide on August 15, 2025.
To celebrate the album’s release, Costello is hosting a special live recording show at The Sanctuary on August 30, 2025 along with local staples Animal Scream. Co-presented by 91.3 WYEP and Mr. Smalls, the event will be recorded live and pressed to vinyl by Hellbender Vinyl, giving fans in attendance the rare chance to become part of a permanent, limited-edition album release. This one-of-a-kind show also marks a milestone for the newly launched Sanctuary as its first ticketed event — underscoring Costello’s deep ties to Pittsburgh’s creative community.
