This exclusive Wine Dinner will feature a carefully curated four-course menu, with each course paired with one of Veneto’s most celebrated wines.
The Veneto region offers a rich variety of styles, from elegant reds to indulgent dessert wines. Guests will experience these wines alongside handcrafted dishes designed to highlight their unique character and complexity.
The evening’s featured pairings include:
● Valpolicella Superiore paired with a Big Misto Board (Charcuterie)
● Rosso paired with Prosciutto, Peas, and Gorgonzola Cream Sauce with Mafaldine Pasta
● Amarone paired with Short Rib Ragù with Tagliatelle
● Recioto, a classic red dessert wine, paired with Chocolate Almond Flour Cake with Fresh Raspberries
