This exclusive evening brings the flavors, wines, and spirit of Italy to the table through a thoughtfully curated, multi-course dining experience. Each course highlights a different terroir of Tuscany, paired with exceptional wines that showcase the character and tradition of Italian winemaking.

Welcome Prosecco Toast
Dea Rosa Toscana - Paired with Salmon with a Blueberry Balsamic Glaze
Castellare Chianti Classico - Paired with Tagliatelle Salsiccia (sausage, garlic, white wine, mixed greens, Pecorino, extra-virgin olive oil)
Super Tuscan “Borrigiano” - Paired with Rigatoni alla Zozzona (pancetta, sausage, onion, pomodorini tomatoes, white wine, and egg)
Each course is designed to complement its paired wine, guiding guests through a flavorful Taste of Tuscany, poured course by course.
