Get ready to sweeten the season! In this hands-on class, Chef Natalie Deicas will teach you how to make rich, decadent chocolate truffles that are perfect for holiday gifting or entertaining. You’ll learn the basics of ganache, flavor variations, and techniques for rolling and finishing your truffles with a professional touch. Participants will leave with their own box of handmade truffles and the confidence to recreate them at home all season long.
