Harmony Under the Stars with Greater Harmony Chorus
Enjoy an evening of live music as the Greater Harmony Chorus teams up with Variety the Children's Charity to present “Harmony Under the Stars,” on Tuesday, June 24, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Allegheny River Trail Park in Aspinwall, PA.
Bring your blankets and lawn chairs to enjoy this free concert which will feature live performances by the Greater Harmony Chorus and chapter quartets, as well as a cookie table, raffle baskets and more. The Greater Harmony Chorus is a premier women’s acapella chorus serving the greater Pittsburgh region, and a chapter of Sweet Adelines International, a highly respected worldwide organization of women singers committed to advancing the musical art form of barbershop harmony through performance, competition, and education. The Greater Harmony Chorus took second place in both its division and in the overall competition at the Sweet Adelines Great Lakes Harmony Region 17 regional competition in 2025.
The Greater Harmony Chorus rehearses every Tuesday evening at 6:45 p.m. at The Hope Center, at 1100 Freeport Road, Mars, PA 16046. All rehearsals are open to the public and to potential new members or you may contact [email protected] to find out more about membership.
