Join us for a free, beginner-friendly outdoor meditation series rooted in Eastern mindfulness practices. These weekly classes are led by Charles (Rutchanon) Asavatesanon, a CACREP-trained intern with over a decade of experience in Buddhist meditation. Charles draws from his Thai Buddhist heritage and extensive training in Mahayana, Theravada, and Zen traditions. As a former ordained Theravada Buddhist monk, he brings deep authenticity and insight to each session.
Classes are accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience. Expect a gentle, religion-neutral approach that includes guided sitting and walking meditation, as well as thoughtful discussion around the philosophy behind mindfulness.
