FREE Sunset Breathwork and Gentle Movement (donation-based)
You're invited to a FREE (donation-based/pay what you can) outdoor Breathwork and Gentle movement class under the golden hues of the setting sun. This special donation-based class is taking place on Tuesday, July 1, from 6–7 PM, and it’s all about coming together to breathe, move, and make a difference.
Your donations will directly support Homewood Children’s Village, a vital community organization that recently faced unexpected funding cuts. To amplify our collective impact, we’ll match your contribution dollar-for-dollar.
This FREE Breathwork class is being taught by Counseling and Wellness Center of Pittsburgh Founder and CEO Stephanie Wijkstrom, LPC, CIMHC, RYT-200 Stephanie shares, "Back in 2010, I found myself traveling and studying with healers in the Amazon jungle. Immersed in the sacred traditions of plant medicine, I entered a ceremonial space where I experienced breathwork like never before. I could feel the way a fully oxygenated breath nourished every cell of my body. It was a moment of deep clarity—a realization that with trained intention, the body and mind could align in ways I had never imagined. Since then, it’s been my mission to share this transformative practice with others. I’d love for you to experience it too."
