Press Release for Nico’s Warriors
Poulich Pit BBQ Express based out of New Stanton, Pa is hosting a fundraiser for Nico’s Warriors during their appearance at Greensburg Night Market Thursday, April 30th. All sales generated at the bbq trailer during the night market will go directly to Nico’s Warriors and Nico Salvio for his healthcare journey. The night market features hundreds of small businesses setup along Pennsylvania Avenue in downtown Greensburg from 5:30-9:00pm. Poulich Pitt BBQ Express will be set-up at 402 South Pennsylvania Avenue for the evening.
Nico Salvio is a 16-year-old student at Greensburg Salem High School and is a member of the bowling team as well as various local leagues. He was born with a congenital heart defect and is currently battling symptoms of rejection from his donor heart just 3 years later. He most recently had a more than month long stay in the hospital with numerous testing’s and procedures to monitor his condition closely.
Nico’s Warriors is a non-profit created to raise funds through community events and partnerships with local businesses to help support the family with continued healthcare expenses for Nico.
