Overtime Hockey is a state-of-the-art hockey training center focused on all aspects of hockey training, from beginners to elite players. Overtime offers strength and conditioning programs, shooting, stick handling, and skating.
What’s one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
First-time skating students will need all of their hockey equipment (i.e., skates, shin guards, pants, and helmet) as well as workout shoes and clothing.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Overtime Hockey was started to help younger hockey players develop the skills needed to become better all-around players.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching the kids work hard and get better.
