Relaxation massage utilizes gentle, sweeping strokes that help reduce blood pressure, relax muscles, and provide stress relief. Therapeutic massage is more focused on localized areas of pain and helping to provide relief and greater range of motion. Each client's needs and goals are discussed at the beginning in order to provide you with the best massage possible.

The greater amount of time allows me to work more than one localized area and/or to provide relaxation work for a longer duration. A wonderful way to treat yourself.
